Dance With My Everlasting Father

About 17 hours ago, my high school friend posted above status on his Facebook. The words in the bracket made me wonder about the song, so I tried to search it in Youtube. Wow, what a beautiful song and touching melody! Suddently, I miss my dad and almost want to cry, but I didn't. :)

That song bring me remind the memories I had with my father. I rare miss and think about him because I didn't so close to him when he was alive. However, sometimes in occasional moment, I do. Some things I always remember about him are:

He often rubbed my back with his rough palm, and I like it! =) FYI, my father's palm is rough because he sold durian to earn moneys. At that time, I often accompanied him and my mom sold durian and of course ate durian also. ^^ Thus, I also know how to cleave durian. So, if you need help to cleave durian, please call me. (083xxxxxxxxx) Hohoho.. :)

When the lights off at night, he often fanned me with a piece of cardboard until I fell asleep. And as like as the lyric in that song, I know for sure that I was loved by my father :)

Some days before he died, I remember he bought a enough expensive crayon for me. He bought it at Duta Buah. (you who lives at Jelambar and around, I'm sure you know this place ^^)

Life is a bunch of stories. That's a little story about me and my father. :)

Lord, when I was a child, I never danced with my father. But along the rest of my life, I want to dance with You, my Everlasting Father. Please abide with me and dance with me on this dance floor which is a sin world. My spirit indeed is willing You, but sometimes my flesh is weak. Help me to pleasant You day by day through my words, my minds, and my acts. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
